Welcome to ZipEquip Inc. We provide equipment rental services through our website Zipequip.com, related mobile applications, and other online platforms (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

3. Rental Agreement

Each rental you make with us constitutes a separate agreement. You agree to rent the equipment subject to the specific terms, duration, and fees as stated in the rental agreement at the time of the rental.

4. Use of Equipment

You agree to use the rented equipment in a careful and proper manner, comply with all applicable laws, including safety and maintenance standards, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and our guidelines.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service and enter into a rental agreement.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all rental fees, deposits, and any other charges as outlined in your rental agreement. All fees are due at the time of rental or as otherwise specified in the agreement.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in your rental agreement. Generally, we require [7 Day] notice for cancellations to qualify for a full or partial refund.

8. Damages and Liability

You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction to the rented equipment. You agree to compensate us for the replacement cost or repair of any damaged equipment, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZipEquip Inc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

In no event will ZipEquip Inc be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
